I suggest we should revise the original wording by looking at the German and Portuguese models: “All the citizens shall have the right to resist any person seeking to abolish this constitutional order if no other remedy is available”, in this way the use of resistance will be judged according to the proportionality principles since it should be the extrema ratio to avoid instrumental use of this provision
